- What can I say, I'm Carol's daughter, literally. People tell me all of the time that I look just like my mom. Sometimes I think I do and sometimes, I think those people are crazy. Now that I have done some of this I am so jealous of your skills! I stupidly purchased some of the hardest starting yarn. I should have stuck with a regular straight cotton. What kind do you use? Also I think the needle I am using is like an 8. lol its like when a child learns to write he uses the biggest pencil.
